Stay at the best location in Breckenridge, located just steps to the slopes. Beaver Run Resort is a ski-in, ski-out property with its own chairlift named the Beaver Run SuperChair and a mountain plaza area with slopeside dining and on-site Breckenridge Ski Resort services, such as a lift ticket and season pass office, a ski and ride school location, Breck Sports ski and snowboard rental shop and a Breck Sports retail shop in the lobby.
Know before you go. Beaver Run is a ski-in, ski-out property during peak winter season (late November through early April). Check terrain conditions and chairlift operations.
If you’re looking to stay in the building directly located next to the Beaver Run SuperChair, make sure to book Building 4, our slopeside building. Building 4 features its own slopeside heated outdoor pool and hot tub and also has its own ski locker room for lodging guests.

Our standard Studio features an open layout with a queen bed and a small living and dining area with a queen sleeper sofa as well. If you’re looking to upgrade from a hotel room, this is a great option.
The Summit Suite is our most upgraded studio condo option. It’s larger than our standard studio with an enhanced kitchenette featuring a full-size refrigerator, in addition to a fireplace and private balcony.

Looking for a larger studio unit with a fireplace and an open floor plan? The Colorado Suite offers space with a basic kitchenette, as well as a balcony and fireplace.
Enjoy your own mountain one-bedroom condo in our slopeside location of Building 4, with a full kitchen, fireplace and balcony.
Perfect for families or a group of friends, our two-bedroom condo offers a master bedroom with a second bedroom with two private bathrooms, in addition to a sleeper sofa. Located in our slopeside building.
The other Beaver Run buildings – Buildings 1, 2 and 3 – are conveniently located across the street from the Beaver Run SuperChair and are connected to the slopeside Main Building (where the lobby, dining and shopping are located) by indoor walkways and skywalks. Lodging guests and owners in Buildings 1, 2 and 3 have the access to the ski locker room, located in the Main Building, just a few steps from the Beaver Run SuperChair.
