Parking at Beaver Run for Lodging Guests

Parking is available for registered lodging guests and limited to ONE vehicle per bedroom.

SUMMER & FALL 2025: $15 per night parking fee
- If a guest needs to bring additional cars above and beyond the one car allotted per bedroom, it’s on a space-available basis with an additional fee of $10 per night.

SKI SEASON 2024-2025: $38 per night parking fee
- If a guest needs to bring additional cars above and beyond the one car per bedroom, it’s on a space-available basis with an additional cost of $38 per night.

Beaver Run Resort does not offer on-site RV, trailer or oversized vehicle parking.

Additional parking is available at offsite locations. Please contact Guest Services at 970-453-6000 for additional information.

EV charging stations

Beaver Run offers two different areas for EV charging in our underground parking garage – on level G4 and level G5.

Parking outdoors for the public (in the Beaver Run parking lot outdoors)

The outdoor parking lots are managed by Interstate Parking, the same company that manages most of the in-town parking lots.

Breckenridge Road Construction & Weather

During the spring, summer and fall – The Town of Breckenridge typically conducts road improvement projects. That can lead to construction delays, detours and projects in town. Check www.breckroads.com and our local weather forecast in advance!

Beaver Run’s in-town Shuttle

Beaver Run Resort offers a FREE in-town shuttle for lodging guests, only. Please check ahead for the schedule. Hours and staffing may vary.

Location & Driving Directions

The town of Breckenridge is located two hours west of Denver International Airport via Interstate 70. Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center is located at the base of Peak 9 at the Breckenridge Ski Area, just a few blocks from historic Main Street.

From I-70

Take Exit 203 / Highway 9 South. Continue South on Highway 9 for ten miles, continue through round about, this becomes Main Street. Proceed through town. At the third traffic light take a right on Park Avenue. Take a left on Village Road. You will see Beaver Run Resort and registration parking approximately 1/2 mile uphill on the left.

From Highway 285

Take Highway 9 North into Breckenridge. At the second light make sure to veer left (do not drive down main st.) Take a left on Village Road. You will see Beaver Run Resort and registration parking approximately 1/2 mile uphill on the left.
