Join us January 31 – February 2 as we celebrate Groundhog Day and all things winter at Beaver Run! Enjoy a weekend filled with games, giveaway prizes, and special appearances by Bucky Beaver as we cheer on six more weeks of winter.
Adding to the celebration, High West Distillery will be on-site with their legendary vintage Airstream bar, serving handcrafted whiskey cocktails and tastings inspired by the spirit of the American West. Sip, socialize, and soak up the ultimate mountain après-ski atmosphere.

Join us for an elevated culinary experience as we partner with the award-winning High West Distillery for an exclusive four-course whiskey pairing dinner. This special evening showcases the bold, distinctive flavors of Rocky Mountain whiskey alongside thoughtfully curated dishes designed to complement each pour.
Guests will enjoy a guided tasting experience featuring a four-course dinner paired with a High West whiskey flight, offering a perfect balance of craftsmanship, flavor, and mountain-inspired hospitality.
