Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center Survey Raffle Rules and Regulations
ELIGIBILITY:
Must be 21 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest and a legal resident of the fifty United States and Washington, D.C. This contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Beaver Run, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members are not eligible.
PROMOTION PERIOD:
Beaver Run Survey Participation Contest (“Promotion”) starts on or about 12:00:01 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on 1/3/2025 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. MST on 12/31/2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Each entrant agrees to comply with the terms contained in these Official Rules.
ENTRY METHOD:
One valid entry per eligible guest per stay at Beaver Run. To enter, please complete and submit the survey linked from the invitation email.
All entries are subject to verification of eligibility before a prize can be awarded. If the entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements listed above his or her entry is automatically void. Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete or inaccurate entries. Sponsors are not responsible for technical failures in the entry process, for example without limitation, a website crash. Entrants are prohibited from assigning, substituting, or transferring their interest in an entry or a prize won through a winning entry.
PRIZES:
Each prize offered is listed with its Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”). Actual value of a prize may vary depending on various options provided by the prize provider. Limit one prize per entrant.
One (1) Prize will be awarded at the end of the contest.
Grand Prize:
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive two (2) nights of lodging in a suite residence at Beaver Run in Breckenridge, CO available between May through November. (ARV $599).
Lodging at Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center is redeemable through 11/11/2026. Lodging is based on promotional availability and is not available during holidays, when large groups are in house, or peak times.
SELECTION OF WINNERS:
Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing by Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center on or around 6/30/25 and again on or around 12/1/25. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
Each potential winner is subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder for the email address. “Authorized account holder” means the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organizations (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Promotion, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If a winner is found to be ineligible or disqualified for any reason, an alternative winner will be selected from a separate random drawing. To receive a copy of the name of the Winner, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by April 21, 2025, to Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center, Attn: Marketing Department, PO Box 2115, Breckenridge, CO 80424.
WINNER NOTIFICATION:
On or before 6/30/2025 and again on our around 12/1/2025 Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center will attempt to notify one potential winner by telephone and email. Neither the Sponsors nor any other entity shall have any responsibility or liability for failure to provide notice, including but not limited to, due to a participant’s failure to provide accurate or correct contact information, notices lost in transfer, or notices diverted to spam, junk, promotion or other email folders. If a winner is unreachable after five (5) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entrants. If Sponsors cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded. Each potential winner may be required to furnish proof of eligibility, including but not limited to proof of identification.
PUBLICITY RELEASE:
Subject to applicable law, the winner(s) irrevocably grants the Sponsors and each of their licensees, and its and their successors, assigns and sub-licensees the right and permission to use their name, voice, likeness and/or biographical material for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion, in all forms of media and by all manners (now and hereafter known), and on and in connection with related products, services, advertising and promotional materials (now known or hereafter developed), worldwide, in perpetuity, without any obligation, notice or consideration except for the awarding of the Prize to the winner. Entrants agree not to issue any publicity concerning the Sponsors.
CONDITIONS:
Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest. Entrants further grant Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
By entering into the Promotion, the entrant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsors, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising out of or relating to, directly or indirectly, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Promotion or prize use related activity, or participation in this Promotion.
Sponsors are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
The winner is unofficial until they have accepted the prize via phone or email. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsors reserve the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes, they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
This contest is officially sponsored by Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center.
CONSENT TO DATA COLLECTION AND USE:
By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of the personal information entrant provides. Entrants may on occasion receive informational, marketing, or promotional emails from Sponsor or its affiliates. Entrants can opt out of such emails by following the instructions contained therein. The Entrant further acknowledges and agrees to the terms of Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center’s Privacy Policy which are expressly incorporated into these Official Rules.
