To give you greater flexibility and peace of mind as you book and plan your getaway, we’re pleased to offer updated deposit and cancellation policies designed with your needs in mind. These changes are intended to make the planning process easier, more transparent, and more accommodating—so you can focus on looking forward to your trip.

Contrato de alquiler para huéspedes
I understand that the units at Beaver Run Resort are individually owned and are managed by Beaver Run. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beaver Run HOA and Beaver Run Holdings, LLC (the “Management”) from and against all claims arising out of any actions by me, or by my children, guests, or pets, except for claims caused by the negligence or misconduct of the Management. The Management shall not be responsible for any loss or theft of, or damage to, valuables of any kind (including skis & snowboards). I understand that children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult when using swimming pools, whirlpools, or saunas. I agree not to violate any local, state, or federal laws. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Colorado and I hereby submit to jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado. I agree to be responsible and pay for all room and guest service charge (including but not limited to parking, shipping, and/or pet fees), taxes, and applicable fees upon receipt of my guest statement. I agree that my liability for this account is absolute without right to setoff, is joint and several, and I agree to be help personally liable in the event that the above indicated person, company, or association fails to pay for any part of the full amount of these charges. I agree to be responsible and pay for any damage, breakage, and/or loss to the premises, or its contents caused by me, by my children, by my guests, or by my pets. I understand that there is a $200 cleaning fee, in addition to applicable pet fees, for unregistered animals. I understand that all units are non-smoking (including cigarette, cigar, vape, tobacco, and cannabis). Violators will be charged a $500 fee and may be asked to leave the property.

Parking is available for registered lodging guests at a fee and limited to ONE vehicle per bedroom.
- SUMMER & FALL 2026: $15 per night parking fee
- If a guest needs to bring additional cars above and beyond the one car allotted per bedroom, it’s on a space-available basis with an additional fee of $15 per night.
- WINTER 2026-2027: $40 per night parking fee
- If a guest needs to bring additional cars above and beyond the one car allotted per bedroom, it’s on a space-available basis with an additional fee of $40 per night.
Beaver Run Resort no ofrece aparcamiento para caravanas, remolques o vehículos de gran tamaño.

Políticas de pago en invierno
At the time of booking, a non-refundable $49 deposit per reservation is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date (once full payment has been charged) are non-refundable and non-changeable

Summer policies apply: 4/09/26 – 11/30/26
Winter policies apply: 12/1/26 – 3/31/27
