Kick off Breckenridge’s Still on the Hill Festival and join our Cocktail Fundamentals Class and discover the art of crafting delicious and balanced cocktails. This class will teach you the essentials from making syrups, exploring flavor pairings, and mastering techniques. Led by Spencer’s Lead Bartender/Mixologist Amy Tattersall, we’ll guide you step-by-step through one of our fall favorites, “Grow a Pear”, and will help you elevate your skills making your own drinks at home!
