CHECK IN QUESTIONS

When is check in?

Check in is at 4 pm MT. If arriving prior to 4 pm, you can request an early check-in, but it’s not guaranteed. Please contact the front desk if you have questions or would like to request an early check in. 970-453-6000.

If we can’t check in early, what can we do with our luggage and vehicle?

We offer complimentary luggage storage at the Front Desk and we can usually issue you a parking pass at the Front Desk prior to your room being available. This is all dependent upon availability.

When is check out?

Check out is at 11 am MT. If you’re interested in requesting a late check-out, please contact the Front Desk. Depending on occupancy, we might be able to arrange a later check-out, but fees might apply. 

What are the Front Desk hours?

Beaver Run Resort’s Front Desk is open 24 hours a day. If you need assistance, please stop by or call 970-453-6000. If you’re staying on property, you can dial “0.” Or, email frontdesk@beaverrun.com. Our team also communicates via text.

Do I physically need to check in and what do I need to provide at check-in?

The person who made the reservation and has their name as the primary contact on the reservation must be the one to check in at the Front Desk. The Front Desk is located in the Main Lobby.

At check in, you are required to provide a photo identification card, as well as a valid credit card or debit card. Even if the reservation is paid in full, a credit card must be provided for incidentals. 

Is there a minimum age for guests to reserve and check-in to a room?

Guests must be 18 years of age to check in unaccompanied.

GENERAL PROPERTY QUESTIONS

Where is lost and found?

Lost and found is part of the Housekeeping Department and can be reached at 970-453-8745 between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm MT. Items that are found on property will be transferred to the Housekeeping Department after 24 hours.

Where are the vending machines?

Building 4 has vending machines on Level “G” and Floors 3 and 5. There are several vending machines in the Arcade/Mini Golf area and the Building 3 Pool area.

Do you offer ADA rooms?

The common areas of Beaver Run Resort are ADA compliant. We have one ADA accessible-friendly room (32351) that has 36″ doorways and a roll-in shower. We have additional units that may accommodate a request and have equipment available for ADA requests, such as shower benches, tub transfer benches, etc. Please contact our Front Desk at 970-453-6000 for more information.

Is parking free or paid?
